The Operational Bottleneck

The HR, IT, and Procurement teams were paralyzed by an endless flood of repetitive inquiries. Employees constantly submitted support tickets asking about specific leave policies, IT troubleshooting, and expense protocols. Simultaneously, vendors flooded the procurement inbox asking about invoice statuses and onboarding requirements. The sheer volume of these requests created a massive backlog, delaying critical operational work.

The Foxkrit Architecture

We recognized that standard FAQ pages were insufficient. We architected a secure, private Generative AI Copilot utilizing a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework. We trained this localized Large Language Model (LLM) exclusively on the company's proprietary data: their internal SOPs, complex HR manuals, and live ERP data structures.

Crucially for enterprise security, we deployed this model entirely within their own private cloud infrastructure, ensuring zero data leakage. Deployed on their intranet, the AI acts as a 24/7 intelligent agent, understanding complex, natural-language questions and providing instant, accurate, dynamically generated answers to both employees and vendors.
